Surround sound speakers for pc and dvd

Can anyone recommend a decent set of PC surround sound speakers that can
also be connected to a DVD player (with built-in decoder). Not >£100.

Look for the middle range of creative speakers, theyre around £115 and have
an external decoder. The bottom of the range ones sound awfull.
