I'm running Windows XP with SP2.
I returned to my computer after running a print job and found that my
desktop was displayed. Hovering over the desktop in neat rows were six small
windows; each contained an image of the window of each of the six programs
that were active at the time. When I clicked on one of them, it expanded
slightly in size. I didn't try double-clicking, but I suspect that would
have activated whichever window I'd chosen.
This looks like some cool new way of task-switching; I have never seen it
before. Does anyone recognize it? I don't know what I may have done
accidentally to trigger this.
Is this a feature of XP that I've never used? Is it a new feature that was
included in a recent update? It looks like something very handy -- can
anyone tell me how to get it back?
Thanks.
