This is what I found:

Ssk.exe file information
The process belongs to the software unknown by unknown.
Description: File Ssk.exe is located in a subfolder
of "C:\Program Files". Known file sizes on Windows XP are
99328 bytes (50% of all occurrence), 93696 bytes, 93184
bytes, 95744 bytes.
The program has a visible window. There is no description
of the program. The process is loaded during the Windows
boot process (see Registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
\Run,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersio
n\Run). The file is not a Windows system file. Ssk.exe is
able to monitor applications. Therefore the technical
security rating is dangerous.

There are different files with the same name:

"SuperSpamKiller Pro" can run at start up.
"SurfSideKick 2" definitely not required. SurfSideKick
adware
Important: Some malware can camouflage themselves as
Ssk.exe, particularly if they are located in c:\windows or
c:\windows\system32 folder. Thus check the Ssk.exe process
on your pc whether it is pest. We recommend Security Task
Manager for verifying your computer's security.
