From Andy Manchesta:
Reboot into safe mode(reboot and keep tapping F8 then
choose safe mode from the list)

Once in safe mode check for this folder:

C:\Program Files\SurfSideKick

Remove it if found

Next delete your temp files

goto start run and type

%temp%

delete the contents of this folder

Next goto control panel and goto Internet Options,on this
page delete cookies & files and include all offline
content when deleting files,Then goto the programs tab
and press 'Reset web settings'

Next use MSAS and run a full system scan and delete
anything it finds

Then reboot back to normal mode and that should then be
fixed but reply if you need more help,,

Good Luck

Andy
