I surch a VB-code for changing diagramcolor in PowerPoint
2002 because I can't define the fillcolor in a diagram-
template.

The file GRUSRGAL.GRA defines the diagramtype, linecolor,
diagrambackground and even more, but not the fillcolor.

Can anybody help me?

Thanks
Roland

Roland,

I don't know anything about VB, but...

I have PowerPoint 2002. I searched my hard drive to find GRUSRGAL.GRA and I
don't have it. Where si this file located, and do you have a reference to
what it does?

Glen and Roland,

AFAIK the file GRUSRGAL.GRA is not on your PC by default, but it is created
the first time you save a custom layout for MS Graph diagrams. And please
note: it resides on your hard drive, it doesn't travel with your
presentation.

I have been working with custom layouts for diagrams, when I defined a
gradient fillcolor, it was saved without problems. But please don't ask me
how to address it with VBA, this could be a bit difficult, because MS Graph
is a separate program, working like an add-in, it's not part of the
PowerPoint program itself.

Kind regards,
Ute

Ute,

That's good to know. It's years since I did a custom graph. Sometimes I
really *miss* Excel.
