Hello,

Is their a way to have Access Supress Blank Pages ?

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Jeff

Jeff,

A little more info please. Is it every second page, last
page , what page is blank?

A report + margins that is wider than the physical page
size is the most common cause.

Hi Terry,

Thank you for your response.

I have a Page Break in the report & have logic in the Report Page Event to
sometimes Make it Visible & sometimes not (logical Page break) It is working
but what is weird & is happening is after the page break, the next page is ok
but then the next page after that one is ok & then there is a blank page,
where the PageBreak visible was set to False.

So I it is not consistent & I am positive about the Page widths not being
greater as they are not being changed.

I hope this extra info helps & there is some way to supress these blank
pages. I cant figure out why they are being printed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you again,
Jeff

Jeff,

I am not very good at what events should be used where and
when. I would try shifting the page break code (making it
visible/invisible) to the section's "on format" event. It
may be the code is firing at about the time the page is
output (just a wild guess - maybe some one else can shed
more light).

Sounds like you're dead on Terry.

Setting a control's Visible property in the Page event won't
take effect until the next page (Access is already done
working on the current page).

Well, if you guess often enough, sooner or later one of
them has to be right .....

Been there done that, more often later than sooner ;-)

But keep on truck'n, the more often you do it, the sooner
they come out right.
