suppress website adddress and address in footer when printing

greetings:
can someone help me suppress the website http:// address and date when I
print a document? thanks
 
Go into File | Page Setup...

Change the Headers and Footers fields

I believe &w is for web-site and &d is date's

List of Codes
a.. && = & in the header / footer (No fooling, really!)
b.. &b = any text in header / footer aligned on right hand side after the
&b
c.. &b&b = centers text in header / footer between the two &bs.
d.. &D = longer date format
e.. &d = short date format
f.. &p = current page number
g.. &P = total page number
h.. &T = 24 hr time format for time of printing
i.. &t = time of printing
j.. &u =webpage URL address
k.. &w = webpage title
