Suppress warning "The publisher could be verified. Are you sure to run this software"?

Whenever I start an installation program at first a popup appears which prompts me
with a warning like the one in the subject line.

How can I permanently disable this alert popup?

When I remove the check in the checkbox "Always ask before opening this file"
then this does NOT help. If I re-start the installation programm (later) the warning popup
is displayed again!

This is This only "nuisance" only should happen on the install
process. This is normal and less a "nga" than Vista's constant
prompts.
