Suppress the username header when printing?

Greetings,

Is there any way to suppress the username header to print only the
message body? I can't find an option to do this under "design this
form" where you can suppress the TO: field and other fields. If you
hit forward, remove the headers and print, you still print the
username header.

Is there any way to print from Outlook free of the username header?
