One would be to bind to a dataview with a limited subset of information
which would fit the screen without requiring scrolling.
Another would be to set the size of the datagrid control to a few pixels
wider and taller than the screen size (not sure off-hand how many pixels
wide a scroll bar is). And you won't see the scrollbars because they will be
physically off the screen.
