SupportTools&Netdiag Problem !!!

I've installed SP4 Support Tools on my XP (a domain
member), when I try to run netdiag.exe always giving me
the error message below;

I'll appreciate if anybody helps...

Uninstall the SP4 tools and install from the XP CD (netdiag is included):
