I think the level of support and help on these newsgroups
has been exceptional.the mvp's and other knowledgeable
folk have been very helpfull in solving the minor issues
I had when first installing this great new product.

These newsgroups are the support. IMHO the MVP's are doing a great job.

Beta Support Policy

a.. Important Information:
This is pre-release (beta) software distributed for feedback and testing
purposes. Microsoft does not provide technical support for beta releases
(see below for information about how to gain access to newsgroups). If
Windows AntiSpyware (Beta) is causing an issue with your system, we
recommend removing it by using Add or Remove Programs and even using System
Restore if the problem persists.

Hi Howie,

A beta of a product, be it software or hardware, is pre-production. It's
liable to have missing or broken pieces, and is more likely to be not
complete especially at early stages. Beta's shouldn't be run on production
machines, as there is a no guarantee of success when you install or run it.
There is no promise of support in a beta, and your mileage may vary
depending on the program. This beta pretty well advises that you are on your
own. In future releases of this beta, there may be pieces added and the
design or contents could change remarkably.

Beta testers often refer to themselves as 'software crash dummies', and I
are one.:)
