Tried to get MS support Number from suggested web address
but only lists Manufactures numbers. Have visited
numerous ms sites and can't seem to connect with one that
gives a phone number. This is reference a fix for MS
notice # 816736 CD-RW not ejecting. Can you provide a
phone number I can use to get this fix.
