support.microsoft.com has huge font

Hello,
I've been trying to clean various virii and worms off of a
friends PC, and I've been seeing one particularly annoying
problem - for some reason, the fonts and graphics on
support.microsoft.com are huge on his computer, to the
point where a single character is 2 pages tall at 1024 *
768 on his PC. This is in Internet Explorer 6.

I've never seen anything like this, and it doesn't affect
other websites. Any ideas? Also, it keeps closing Task
Manager, which is also a bit frustrating.

Sure hope you find an answer to that problem; I can't seem to persuade
others that I have the problem, too. ONLY place I've noticed it is
with the Microsoft Knowledge Base, IE 6.0, XP-Home edition. Humongous
font, I'm guessing 120 points at least.
