How come whenever I go to the support.microsoft.com knowledge base articles,
the browser crashes? lol!

There might be a problem with your scripting engine. Try reinstalling it
from www.microsoft.com/scripting.

It's funny that you sent me that link that redirects to the support pages.
lol! It didn't crash that time though. Maybe going to that page did the
