support for orange livebox

Hello can anyone help me setup orange live box,See link if you don,t know what am talking about(http://help.orange.co.uk/documentDi...5002&docProp=$solution_id&docPropValue=kb7904)


This is for my brother.

Try today to connect it but no luck.

The thing will just not connect to the box.

I was shocked at the size of the thing aswell.

Try to set it up as wireless aswell,but they had the network locked. There passkey was under there modem.

Enter the key but it would not take it.

There are 2 parts to orange livebox wired, wireless(None work).

How could i check if orange is sending the signal down a bt line?

ifind orange support very helpful,they spent hours on the phone with me and called me back on my landline

But is,nt there waiting time long.

Poor support and there helpline is in india.

What a shame there livebox look like a house.
 
just ring them on your cellphone- the ones ispoke to were in newcastleand spoke english for a change

Michael - I see in the tutorial that the @ light must be flashing slowly to indicate a signal "If the @ light is not slowly flashing, your broadband service may not be live yet. Remember it can take up to 10 days to activate broadband."

Is yours flashing?
