Support for MFC8

simple question... How do I add in MFC8 Support without running
vcredist_x86.exe during fba.

Has anyone componentized this?

I tried this myself for a while. I couldn't even get it successfully
silently install dependably so I've just accepted the fact that I have
to run the redist install.
How was this not part of the standard set of components?
