supervisor password

i want to change the security on my computer but it is asking for the
supervisors password and i dont remember what it is. is there any way of
getting past that?

Probably, but you'll have to tell us exactly where this password prompt
appears; there is no "supervisor" account in any version of Windows. Is
this perhaps a BIOS password? If so, consult the computer
manufacturer's web site for instructions on how to bypass or reset it.
