superviser privlages

I am the only operator on my computer. I have my account set as supervisor,
yet i'm still told i need supervisor permision to change or delete or
uninstal some programs. Can someone tell me how to set myself up as a true
administrator of my own computer? Thank You DKWEED

I'm assuming that you mean Administrator, not
supervisor. This is set in the User Accounts Control
Panel where you can add additional/modify local accounts
as well as granting permissions to local users.
