I have found that 750GB Hard Drives are probably the best for storage capacity vs Access time, i had a 1TB drive with 32Mb Cache and it was soooooo sloooooooowwwwww.
ASUS HD 4850 512Mb, is the one with the decent cooler as well

I keep buying these, when they are in stock, whenever i make a purchase from ARIA, stick 2gb of RAM in and a 7600GT or 2600Pro, costs 45 quid on ebay, sell em on to me mates, great PC for the kids at 175 quid, you can even stick a pentium D on the motherboard, 3Ghz is 25 quid on ebay, 200 pound machine.
