I have a friend who is legally blind and uses a super large keyboard and a
32" screen to see anything at all.

Whenever I am at his location and want to help and it asks for a F- key,
they are not on his keyboard and I have not found any combination yet, that
produces them.

Does anybody have a similar keyboard and knows an answer?

Right now I always have to remove that keyboard and sustitute a "normal"
keyboard, but that is a pain to do every time.

If the hardware does not have the keys - you won't be able to press any
combination to just 'make them happen'. :-(

Thought about using the Accessibility option of the "On-Screen Keyboard"
when you are there - as you shouldn't likely be pressing the function keys
*a lot* for casual usage or anything - and the on-screen would be easier
than unhooking/hooking-up/unhooking/hooking-up each time... ;-)

It would cost nothing to try whether you can add a second (USB)
keyboard after booting with the large KB.

Would not a USB keyboard co-exist with the large keyboard?

I will have to buy some cables since both his keyboards are not meant for
USB. But it is a thought that I will pursue.
