last year i purchased super collapse 2--last week it
disappeared completeley-including the locence # i had
saved--is there a solution-???? i'm pretty inexperienced
 
Hi Val,

Download it again from the site you licensed it from.
They should have a Customer support link at their
site to help you retrieve your previous registration
information in order to activate your licence again.
