Just joined looking for processor advice (To Quad or not to Quad on the General Forum).
I come from Portsmouth, and my current rig is about 5-6 years old.
2 GHz AMD Athlon XP 2800 +
1 Gb DDR (just upgraded from 512k)
128 Mb Nvidia GeForce FX 5600 Ultra
All mounted on a Gigabyte GA-7N400somthing MoBo.
Anyway, just looking to splash out £800 on a custom build soon, and came on here to do some research! Seems like the best place to do it.
