I am working with the following formula:

=SUMPRODUCT((H54_=0)*((SCHOOL=55)))

The range SCHOOL refers to A2:A65536 (the maximum for the sheet) and the
range H54_ refers to B2:B65536 (the maximum for the sheet). Despite the fact
that SCHOOL and H54_ refer to many empty cells, I must keep them this way so
that in the future the sheet will be as flexible as possible.

The problem is, when I look for SCHOOL >55, it includes only those cells
greater than 55; however, when I ask for SCHOOL < 55 it includes all those
cells less than 55 AND all empty cells.

My question is: How can I limit the count of SCHOOL so that it includes only
cells with actual data (no empties). I must be able to retain the flexiblity
of including entire columns.

Thanks,

Tom
