Summary worksheets

I am trying to create a summary worksheet that will look at the other identical workseets in the same workbook and return other cells within the same row and worksheet based off or the worksheet with the lowest value in a cell (same cell for all worksheets). The number of worksheets is variable. Anyone have any clever ideas?
