Summary reporting for newbie...

I'm looking for a report that is derived from a query that looks at a
specific charge code. I need to summarize how many time each physician uses
this code. Rather than lisiting each entry the code was used, the report
would show the doctor's name once and count the number of entries that the
code was used over a period of...
