Hello,
I'm trying to organize my large collection of movie files, mostly MPEGs,
Realmedia, and AVI files. I've noticed that when I right click, choose
properties, click the Summary tab only AVI files greys out the summary
information on the Summary tab. Nothing can be entered in any of the
fields.
I've checked to make sure the files are not read-only and have narrowed it
down to just AVI files. With all the others file types, I can enter
information into the Summary tab except with AVI files. All the fields are
greyed out and I cannot add information into any of the fields.
Anyone know why this is and how to correct it?
Also, is this Summary information stored with the file or is it kept in a
database at the operating system level?
I'm running Windows XP Home, not Pro.
Thanks,
Jeff
