Are you doing this in a Report or on a Form? Either way it can be
accomplished but I am unclear as to whether you are having difficulty or you
are tyring to do this in a table and/or datasheet view which would then
indicate... you are trying to use Access like an Excel sheet (where that
would be possible).
A wee bit more information for a more comprehnsive reply...
