Hi All
I have a sheet with mutltiple columns to which I have
applied an autofilter.
Above the autofilter I have a summary row that uses the
SUBTOTAL function to sum columns for the rows shown after
appyling the autofilter selections. This works OK.
What I wish to do is to produce separate summary rows for
specific values in one of the columns. I can use the
SUMIF function which works OK but of course ignores the
autofilter selection. (It always adds all rows that meet
the criteria).
Is there a way I can combine both? I wish to selectively
add those rows that meet the criteria AND only those
listed after applying the autofilter.
I could write this in VBA but not being an expert in
Formulae I would welcome any suggestions.
TIA
Cheers
