Wish to create a workbook of 52 worksheets with a final worksheet (#53) where on #53, it automatically totals the contents of cells in each of other 52 worksheets
Is there a variation of =Sum that allows the range to be say..cell A1 across 52 worksheets

Or is the only option on #53 to use = "worksheet #1A1 + worksheet2A1 + worksheet3A1.....worksheet52A1" ?

Hi

I think you should try the function "Data - Consolidate". I assume that
all your "sub-worksheets" are designed in the same way. In this dialog
you can add all the sub worksheets to be consolidated into the current
worksheet

...

If the first worksheet were named Week 1 and the last named Week 52 (note that
since years are 52 weeks plus 1 or 2 days that you either need an occasional 53
week year or week 52 needs to be 8 or 9 days long), then to total cell X99
across all worksheets use

=SUM('Week 1:Week 52'!X99)
