Sum of more then 80 values in one record

Ladies and Gentlemen
I have an evaluation form with over 80 different criteria (possible Errors) per employee that I have to summarize in a query or Form to get the total errors per employee.
The summary, I want to display in a graph in Access or Excel whatever works best
Past trials with the Expression builder have resulted in the computer not displaying any result.
What can I do??

It seems you (or someone else) has created a very un-normalized application.
Is there anyway you can re-engineer your application so that you aren't
committing spreadsheet with your table structure?
