I have a question concerning a request that has been made of me. I
haven't been able to think of anyway to accomplish this using Excel's
formulas. Before I started trying to write a function to do this I
though I'd ask if anyone has a solution using Excel formulas.
I have been ask to sum groups of number down a single column that are
concurrent values other than zero. The data is batch production runs
over a month and would look as shown below. There would never be more
than three seperate runs per month. The formula would return a total
of 400 for the first run and 500 for the second run based on the
example. Any ideas or a positive it can't be done is ok, save me some
time trying.
Thanks
