I just started working for this company and they want me
to redo their website. I don't blame them, it is ugly but
functional. I would appreciate anyone going to the site
at http://www.pipevet.com and giving any suggestions how
to improve the look. I have a pretty good idea but I
would like input from people who aren't involved with the
site. Thanks in advance.

I like the sheep background. :-)

Other than that, the navigation links along the top and upper left corner
seem a little blah. Maybe you could add a little "punch" to them? Also, some
of the graphics weren't real clear. (I'm using a 19" CRT monitor set for
1024x768, if that helps you.)

All in all, it's okay. Very easy to get around, loaded quickly enough on a
dial-up. I'm sure your ideas will be an improvement. Good luck and have fun.

First, let me say I'm a fan of Doc Kennedy.

As customer, I don't visit this site to be entertained. All the
glitter is wasted if I can't find the products and information I need.

Suggestions: (from a novice webmaster who comes to this fountain of
knowledge daily)
Make absolutely certain the indications and administration and dosage
info is correct and current.

Replace the jagged b&w photos. Some color would brighten the pages.
Make the photos links to larger versions if it is not clear what is
pictured.

Also loaded quickly here and the product pages are nicely
laid out. My only suggestion would be to revise your entry
page. The large sheep graphic is a waste of valuable space
"above the fold". Perhaps you could incorporate the graphic
into a smaller site logo that could be used from page to
page. IMHO the home page text is also a little too wordy
with info that doesn't deal directly with the products you
sell.

Also remember to set your text color. It is defaulting to
the browser prefs.

good luck!
