I would like to get a dual Xeon motherboard that supports the latest Xeons
and chipset from Intel. But this Motherboard I would prefer it not have
onboard sound nor onboard video controllers. Onboard network controller is
fine as long as it is Gigabit. I am not too specific here about the chipset
I really do not know what is best and I am hoping someone here could tell me
what your dream motherboard would be. Alos I hear that modern motherboards
are going to have onboard VRMs which is also what I would like so that I do
not have to go searching for additional components to make it work. This
will be my first machine building from the bottom up. Thanks.

This is the best shopping list I've found so far:

http://www.tyan.com/products/html/xeon.html
http://www.tyan.com/support/html/cpu_xeon_p4.html

Then get yourself a copy of this, so you can see what you
can afford to buy:
