My suggestion is to search the registry for keywords that
are potentially redirecting your webpage/homepage. You
have a host file that has been altered and each instince
the script is generated it automatically goes to the
redirected sites. This is no easy task to destroy as
there are so many possibilities. but if you know the
name or acronym I suggest doing a manual search of the
registry and also search within your windows/system32
folder where the host files are stored.

Well, "Windows hosts file" is protected.

See yourself within System explorer.

My opinion is to only have "127.0.0.1 Localhost" within it.
Easy to check if someone hits "Allow" to this rule ;)
