suggestion on track eraser and help me

track eraser should be improve by deleting temp folder
that people don't know about and other content on some
folder that can be safely deleted that people are not
aware off this can save me a harddrive size and improve
computer performance. track eraser should add this
program to the list java 1.5.0, acrobat readear 7.0, msn
messenger 6.2 or 7.0,

C:\Documents and Settings\administrator\Local
Settings\Temp it is safe to delete all the files in this
folder?

Its known to be buggy and I would not be surprised to see improvements in
this area by beta 2.
