Suggestion for Outlook 2003: Mail Inbox button 'Report as Spam'

I would like to see a button I can press that will report spam (junk email)
to my ISP. The free email account I have with my national telecommunications
provider, to which my ISP belongs, has such a button.
 
You will not see any new features in Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 has been
released. All you'll see for Outlook 2003 from now on is bug fixes and
security patches.

You would have to write custom code to create such a button and code to do
with it what you want.
