As you all know already that you can't update definition
while log in as limited Account, MSAS should have like a
feature where it can download defintion on the background
but not install it until we log in with the Administrator
account. kinda like the Window Automatic Updates.

Yes, I think this would be a great feature where it utilizes an internet
connection to obtain updates while under limited account and applies them
when logged on to an Administrative account.
