I tried the suggested fix from Microsoft to go through CMD as administrator,
and received yet another error message. here is a copy of the data from that
page. Any suggestions anyone, I am at a loss here.

Delete the registry value StoreDirty (Yes/No)? y
ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value.
