Suddenly unable to print from WordPerfect

Has anyone else experienced recent difficulty printing from WordPerfect? This
problem has occurred since my last Windows Update download. Attempting to
print crashes WordPerfect. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software does
not solve the problem, and neither does placing a shortcut to the print
engine in my startup menu. After adding the print engine shortcut, I can
sometimes print one page, but the next attempt causes a crash. NO problem
printing from any other program.

Windows XP Professional with Service Pack II
WordPerfect 10 (Family Pack 4)
Norton Internet Security 2008 (updated from 2007 AFTER the problem occurred)
 
Consider posting to Corel's WordPerfect news group.

How are you trying to connect; are you using a web interface or an NNTP
reader such as Outlook Express or Windows Mail or Agent? You seem to be
using a web interface for this group.
 
Yes, I'm using a web interface. I have dial-up, with Netscape Connect
(Wal-Mart) as my Internet service provider, which I think uses IE as it's
browser. I've configured Outlook Express according to the directions, but
this appears to be just a reader. I'm not finding a way to make posts. I
would like to be able to access the WordPerfect forums the same way I'm
accessing this forum, but it tells me "access denied."
 
OK. If you are seeing the posts on the newsgroups in Outlook Express, you
now have to set up an e-mail account in order to submit posts to the
newsgroup.

Tools Accounts Add E-mail account.

You will have to enter various bits of information.
