Trying to open my QuickBooks Pro ver. 5.0 on my Windows XP PC which was never
a problem, I got a message: "C:\Windows\System32\Autoexec.NT. The system file
is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications."

What's going on here and how do I fix it?

HELP!!

The "autoexec.nt" file in C:\WINDOWS\system32 has likely been deleted by
spyware or malware on your system. Go to C:\WINDOWS\Repair and copy
autoexec.nt back into the system32 folder.
