I wrote and sent an email yesterday. Later I decided I wanted to forward it to someone else. It wasn't in my 'Sent Items' folder and it wasn't in the folder with similar emails. So I used 'Find', searching by one of the words in the email. I found it, along with a host of other messages which included that word. I forwarded the message. I tried to move the message (and later, other messages in this list) to the appropriate folder and I was told that I couldn't because 'the message was already moved, deleted or access was denied'. Why is access denied to some of my own messages? How can I change this? What business has Outlook denying me access to my own messages?

What version of Outlook? Is this a .PST file? If so, how big is the .PST
file overall and how many items are in the Sent Items folder?
