Suddenly Cannot Access msconfig Access Denied

Oddly, even though i am listed as System Administrator, i get an access
denied while trying to change service, you may have to log on as
adminstrator to do this.... Can't get access to msconfig????
Virus? or what has changed some file denying me????

The Swen virus has been reported to cause this type of behavior.

Get a free removal utility by going to
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/tools.list.html and
clicking on the W32.Swen.A@mm item
