sudden power off

every so often my computer just turns off every time i opened musicmatch it just shut off so i uninstalled musicmatch and it still does it any suggestions????

please help

Your computer may be over heating. Check that the vents are not blocked.
If dirty, clean them. Also, check that your fan is running.

If you have a desktop and have opened it recently, check that you have not
moved cables such as to block air flow.

Hi biggie,

Right click on My Computer and select properties then the
advance tab,under startup and recovery click on the
setting button,

Under system failure uncheck "automatically restart". This should keep
your computer from restarting unexpectedly. Note the error message
when the computer crashes, (the blue screen of death)

Open your event viewer and see if their are any logs
that tell you what the problem was.
