sudden closure of IE windows

i am facing this problem for a month or so. While
browsing internet sometimes some error report pops up and
2-3 IE windows are closed down automatically.Also while
shutting down there seems to have some problems with
urllfhoi.exe file. A message pops up saying that this
file needs to be ended now.
Plz help me out.

Run updated anti virus program.
