HELP.. I have attempted to build an OU and assign GOP on
it so I can control my small business domain. I can not
find my books after a move so I need help if possible..

I have built the OU and moved the users and computers into
it that I want controlled by the OU. I have edited the
properties of the OU but the policies are not being passed
though to any other users or computers... What am I don't
wrong?

The first step would be to determine if GPs are applying at all. You should
run gpresult.exe /v to determine what policies (if any) have been applied to
the user and computer. If the policies are not applying at all then you
should verify that the clients are pointing to a DNS server that holds the
records for the domain. You should also check permissions on the group
policy objects to verify that they have not been changed from the default
settings.
