I recently converted a folder to a subweb. Web pages in this subweb use
graphics files stored in the "images" folder of the primary web. These
graphics files are common to web pages that are now in both the primary web
and the subweb. When I tried to save an update to one of the subweb pages,
I was prompted to "Save Embedded Files" into the subweb. The files that were
listed were the graphics files currently saved in the primary web "image"
folder. As far as I can determine, these files are linked in the normal
manner, but back to the primary web. I don't ever recall encountering this
in the past. Is it necessary to move all of the common graphics files into
the subweb? Thanks, Jenny
