Pam

Need help - I've created a subweb (discussion) under this site and want to
co-ordinate the background to fit in with the theme - everything looks fine
under the various pages - except that when someone posts their 'add' ... it
does not list the actual add like it did in fp 2002 (have upgraded to 2003)
just the 'heading' - also...when you click on the heading it goes to the
actual add - however, the 'background' is being pulled in - which would be
fine, except you can't read the text. What I did was to enclose all the
components and info for the discussion web in tables with a white backgound
and then set page properties to the wood background - however, I can not
find where to do this for the posted add. you can check this out (and it
will make more sense) by going to:

http://www.mfqha.com/forsale.htm - and then click on TACK/TRAILERs which
will take you to the discussion web (which I made into a sale board) and
then click on the SEARCH option - which brings you to this page:
http://www.mfqha.com/tack/tack5_frm.htm

all it shows is the FOR SALE link (no description - how do I get the
description to show up in this frame?) Then if you click on FOR SALE it puts
the info in the bottom frame below the table with white background....which
I know is 00001.htm in the directory - but since it makes up a new htm each
time something is posted - how do I get it to only be in a table with the
background behind it?? or is that possible?

thanks
Pam

Apply your theme using CSS to your Discussion Subweb and remove your manually applied formatting
- check it for readability (theme colors)

When you apply a theme, there is an option to have it applied by CSS.

Yes, as far as applying a theme with CSS goes. I don't think all theme has
the CSS options.

Pam,

The FP Discussion web is overall very limited in what you can and can not
do.

I've been able to do that successfully to everything except the actual html
page that is created when a post is submitted - how do I make the post that
is submitted go into a table on the page that is automatically created? I've
looked for the bot but can't find anything -

thanks
pam
