Take a look in the Date/Time section of "The Access Web"
http://www.mvps.org/access/ for a couple of solutions.

And sorry, no e-mail answers. If you post a question to the newsgroup, you
come back to the newsgroup for the answer.

Hi Art,

Douglas has provided a good web site that contains samples, such as

Calculate Number of Working Days
http://www.mvps.org/access/datetime/date0006.htm

Most are at this link:
http://www.mvps.org/access/datetime/index.html

There is a KB article showing us how to create a Visual Basic for
Applications
function to determine if a date falls on a weekend or holiday, that seems
meet your requirement "receive date - current date = ?????"

HOW TO: Determine If a Date Falls on a Weekend or a Holiday in Access
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;290152

Please feel free to reply to the threads if you have any concerns or
questions.

Sincerely,
