Subtracting hours

I have a field that contains the number of hours a customer has purchased
(CE). As they complete their hours, I would like the hours field to subract
the courseHours field and give me the hours remaining. Anybody know the code?

Think of your customer hours as a checkbook. Hours are purchased
(Credit) and used (Debit).
I'd suggest a Main form for each customer from tblCustomers.
A subform for ALL customer Credits and Debits.

1/9/08 2.0

15.0 minus 6.0 = 9.0 Balance
